MoonStore Refund Policy

Eligibility depends on the transaction, the software supplied, and applicable consumer-protection law. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights, including rights that may apply to consumers in the UK, EU, or another jurisdiction.
To ask for a refund, open Orders & receipts, choose the completed purchase, and submit a request with the relevant details. A request is reviewed by support; it does not immediately reverse a charge or remove the app from your library.
If a refund, chargeback, fraud finding, or other lawful entitlement reversal is completed by the payment provider, MoonStore revokes the corresponding Store entitlement and removes the paid app from the affected library. A payment-service outage never by itself removes an existing owner's access.
