MoonStore Terms of Service

MoonStore provides a marketplace for discovering, buying, and downloading developer-submitted software. Storefront purchases are processed by MoonStore Payments and Stripe. Developers may separately use another provider for in-app purchases; availability, platform compatibility, and developer support are shown on each listing.
You must use accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and comply with applicable law. Developers remain responsible for their app content, disclosures, support contact, and any rights required to distribute their software.
Developer & Payments Terms
MoonStore Payments is optional for a free listing or for an app that uses its own in-app-purchase provider. Developers who choose MoonStore Payments or sell a paid Store listing must complete Stripe Connect onboarding, provide accurate required information, and accept the current developer-terms version shown during onboarding.
MoonStore's default Store transaction split is 85% to the developer and 15% to the platform. The platform operator may configure the applicable split in the payments service; the Stripe-hosted checkout and accounting records are the transaction authority.
Refund eligibility and consumer rights depend on applicable law and the transaction. Ownership may be revoked after a completed refund, chargeback, fraud finding, or other lawful entitlement reversal.
